Pay $400 more for MacBook Air with much less weight and size?

The thing is that when I own an 11” iPad Pro I love the size but immediately I begin needing more screen space, even outside. And then I realize I don’t need a Pro iPad for 11” but an iPad Air does the same thing, cheaper. So, it’s always the 13” for me. I would even buy a 15” iPad Pro.

come on, everybody knows Q3 is a better product, even watching videos Q3 almost has the same quality, but when we consider user experience overall Q3 is far away better. There are so many AAA Games for Q3.

Question for everyone, I have an m2 air and old 2017 old MacBook Pro, i want to trade in both of them but should i get a Upgrade Base M3 MacBook Pro 24gab RAM/ 1TB SSD for 1079 or go with the M3 Pro version with 36gb RAM and 512gb SSD for 1479?? Would be appreciate it, (Don’t want any comments on saying “Why” “You already have an M series chip”, i just graduated and first in my in family to be getting a college degree so which option i best?? Appreciate it

apple vision pro is an overpriced "tech product" lol and quest3 is a VR gaming device ........quest3 is the better product for VR gamers hands down . Vision is for maybe watching movies on a FLAT screen in an over priced headmounted display with multiple extra gimmicks to draw in people with more dollars then sence no offence lol.

I have an iPad 8, an iPad Air 3rd, an iPad 10th and now my new iPad Air 11" M2 2024, It's amazing what an improvement there has been in battery life. the iPad 8 had to be recharged whenever I opened it. the iPad Air needs to be fully charged about half the time I open it. The 10th-generation iPad had to be recharged about 1/3 of the time I opened it. Finally, the new M2 iPad Air is about 1/4 of the time I open it. the rest of the time they sit in a Griffen Doc I got on eBay (Great charging cabinet but it was expensive at the time it debuted and was impossible to locate the entire system of components here in Canada). I might get an iPad Air when they move it to an M4 in a year or so but that will be my last and final laptop (retire in 7 years and plan to stop upgrading and updating my tech in preparation for this life event). I was going to go for the iPad Pro. Unless they make major changes to iPad OS I can't justify the price tag. The announcement of Apple Intelligence and the calc app really does not address any of the other issues mentioned here by other primary creators. I really don't think Mac OS on the iPad Pro is the right answer but the current iPad OS 18 is not solving long-standing issues wither, particularly the file system or some sideshow issues.

Here in Canada, it's like $CDN1499! So, it's a little out of reach for my budget!

I keep thinking back to the data pads on the original Star Trek series and to the earpiece Uhura had. They had the right idea, but they couldn't conceive of things getting so small and so thin. People would just not believe it if they made today's tech on the show.

In those seated positions with no table (like your waiting room experience), the iPad really shines in handheld mode. This is only feasible for the 11’’, not 13’’.

The New 13" Ipad Air 2024 still way cheaper than the M2 Ipad pro in my country, I bought it and it's Fantastic, with the Price, Screen size and apple pencil pro compatablity is👌🏻, the LCD panal is really Great, and 120hrz not worth the extra money for me tbh

Why do ppl do this? This is like making a video of how you replaced an SUV with a bike. They can both get you from point A to B but both serve different needs. No matter how fast the bike is it can’t accommodate the needs of a mid size family.

After my GCSEs I’m looking to buy an iPad Pro, and I’m not sure between getting the 13 inch or 11 inch, if I were to get the 11 inch I was wondering if it is worth also getting a monitor so I could use an external keyboard and mouse with the monitor and iPad while at home at my desk, but then I could just use the iPad when I’m at school for example. What do you think? Is there any point also getting a monitor, and should I go 11 inch or 13 inch? This would be my main device for everything such as note taking

I loved my BenQ 27" 2K monitor. I eventually wanted to move to a 5K monitor and sadly BenQ doesn't make a 27" 5K monitor so I bought a LG.
